Vik Muniz is a contemporary artist from São Paulo, Brazil. Early in his career, Muniz focused on sculpture before turning his practice fully to photography and drawing. His work has been exhibited at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the Tate Modern in London, and many others.
