Join Photoshop master and retouching specialist Ben Woolsey for an evening of post-production tips and techniques.

Ben is new to Philadelphia and has more than 16 years of experience with photo-retouching, photo-illustration, compositing, color matching, pre-press, and recently -- CGI. His commercial clients include Mercedes-Benz USA, David Yurman, Adidas, Johnson & Johnson, Tom Ford and the New York Knicks, among others.

In this talk, Ben will walk us through several of his commercial retouching projects, detailing the process from raw photography to finished art. He will discuss compositing and focus stacking for still life, compositing CGI elements into background imagery, and detailed retouching for beauty shots. The discussion will touch on program features such as: color modes, resolution and bit depth, alpha channels, using adjustment layers and blending modes, sharpening methods, and more.

Ben will also take some time to answer questions about common Photoshop issues and problems that frequently confront photographers.
