ASMP NM is pleased to present New Mexico based professional adventure sports photographer, Michael Clark, as part of PhotoSummer and Photo Week July 17 – 21 in Santa Fe.

You don’t want to miss this interactive discussion on how to stay relevant in the current photo industry. In this hour-long talk (with time for Q&A) Michael explores how photographers can survive the changes in our industry. “We will take a deep dive into the current economy in terms of supply vs. demand for images and the realities of the current photo industry. In addition, we will also discuss methods of dealing with these factors and strategies for continuing to make a living from images.”

Michael Clark has been a full time professional photographer for 22 years now, specializing in adventure sports photography. He has some of the biggest clients in the world, including Nikon, Nike ACG, Apple, Microsoft, Adobe, Red Bull, National Geographic and many others. He also contributes to the @natgeotravel and @natgeoadventure Instagram accounts. He has taught many workshops on a number of topics including adventure sports photography, location lighting, and digital workflow.
