If you need a casual & affordable option, the MoJo Market in Sea Point is both a food hall & market place. No one will blink an eye if you set up shop for a few hours with your computer. 

There are at least a dozen food vendors, so the options will suit a range of palates -   from traditional burgers, Mexican, Indian, Poke bowls, etc.  

In addition to the countless food options, there is also a variety of seating scenarios on multiple levels.  The variety of seating options allow for larger groups, as well as a succinct solo work spot.  Personally, I love grabbing one of the larger tables downstairs near the windows, looking out over the ocean. A view of the water that is priceless while stuck behind a laptop screen!  

If you need to pick up some souvenirs, there are also local artisanal vendors offers lovely wares. 

Wifi is free and there are plenty of plug points, which offer USB, 2-prong & South African power plugs. 

Happy Hour & evenings get a bit busy & loud, since they also host live music, so best to come in the morning or midday. 

Open 7 days a week, which is great in a town that often has cafes that close early or are closed on Sundays.

And when you need to step away from the computer and walk off your lunch, the Sea Point Promenade is only 50m away.
